A Sword - a Sasuke Oneshot

"A stick?" you asked, looking at the picture. 'Who would draw a stick?' you thought. As you were thinking, I snatched the paper from you.
"That's not a stick, that's a sword!" I said, laughing at you. You glared at me and walked into the closet, not even bothering to see who the paper belonged to
"How could that have been a sword?! It looked like a stick!" you said, apparently out loud.
"Well, thanks for the compliment," a voice said. "It really boosts my confidence."
"Sasuke?"
"Ya. And don't think about doing anything," he said coldly. You were a little hurt by his coldness, but said nothing. You picked a corner and slid down it, pulling your knees to your chest. You felt a pair of eyes staring at you and every move that you made.
"Would you stop that?!" you said loudly.
"Stop what?" he asked.
"You keep staring at me! Were you not aware?" you asked with attitude.
"Well, maybe I'm staring because you're the only girl that isn't trying to get in my pants or under my shirt. Maybe I'm amazed at how beautiful you are and I'm confused as to why I always want to be around you!" He screamed, obviously irritated with your earlier comments. His pale face turned an unnatural red color. You smiled, confidence coming into your body. You slowly got up and hugged the tomato-faced teen. His body tensed up, probably from not being physically touched unless it was a fight. It took a while, but Sasuke finally hugged you back. He nuzzled his nose into your hair, and sniffed it. "You smell like strawberries, ______." He said randomly.
As you parted, you smiled and said, "The reason I'm not all over you is because I respect you as a person, unlike some other girls here. I would like to get to know you better, though."
"I think I'd like that," Sasuke said, actually smiling. "But first," and he kissed you, pinning you against the wall. You wrapped your arms around his neck, and his snaked around your waist, pulling you closer. But, all things must come to an end. Two girls opened the door and started screaming at you.
"You bitch! Sasuke's mine!" they both said at the same time. Before you could get up and slap some sense into the two irritating girls, Sasuke jumped up and stood in between you and the girls.
"Now, no one talks to my girlfriend that way. Get out before she gets really angry." He said, smirking. The girls screamed and ran out the door, crying and wailing about how their lives were meaningless.
You smiled until his last sentence registered. "I'm not that scary when I'm angry!" you said. He just smirked. "Why you little-" you were cut off by lips once again, but they left as soon as they arrived. You sat down, side by side, and watched as another odd couple entered the closet.
<<Your Birthday>>
Nothing really happened on your birthday. Sasuke was with Orochimaru, but he still managed to get you something. A box appeared on your nightstand. The note attached to it said,
Dear _____,
I wish I could be with you for your birthday. I promise I won't miss your next one. I hope that your day is as wonderful as you are. Love, Sasuke.
You opened the box, and it contained a ring, some flowers and another note. It read,
As soon as I get back, will you be mine? I have always loved you, and I will love you until the last flower dies. I will be back as soon as I can.
Then you noticed that one of the flowers was plastic. You smiled to yourself, put the ring on, and waited for your love to come home.
